Kenya COC certification

1. The importer applies for an IDF (import declaration form) inspection number in Kenya and submits the IDF to the exporter

2. The exporter provides IDF, pro forma invoice, packing list, and test report

3. The exporter submits the application materials to our company, and our company is responsible for submitting them to Kenya for local review;

4. After the review is passed, the inspection notice is obtained, and our company arranges the inspection date;

5. During the on-site inspection, the exporter should pay attention to the fact that the product and the outer packaging of the product must be printed with "made in china", the quantity of the product cannot be more than the quantity filled in when applying, and the amount cannot exceed the amount when applying;

6. After the inspection is completed, the exporter submits the final packing list and final invoice to our company;

7. Kenya issues a COC certificate based on the final packing list and final invoice.
